Orders & payment
How do I place an order?
Add the boxes you want to your order list and hit “Send order request”, or just email [email protected] with the sets you're after. Nothing is charged on this site — we confirm stock and pricing, then email you a secure payment link.
Why do prices say “market-linked”?
Japanese sealed product moves with the Tokyo market every day. Our prices track that market and update weekly, so what you pay reflects today's Japan price — we always confirm the final amount before you pay.
What payment methods do you accept?
PayPal, Card, Afterpay. Payment is taken through a secure hosted link (PayPal or Stripe) after your order is confirmed — we never ask for a bank transfer.
Do you offer bulk or case pricing?
Yes — buying 5+ boxes or a full case? Email [email protected] with quantities and we'll put together bulk pricing.
Shipping
How fast is delivery?
Standard shipping is 3–7 business days and express is 1–3 business days, Australia-wide, fully tracked. Orders are checked and packed within 12 hours of confirmation.
Where do orders ship from?
Everything ships from Melbourne, Australia — packed properly, boxes protected in transit.
Do you ship internationally?
We focus on Australia, but international can be arranged on request — email us your address and we'll quote the cheapest tracked option.
Products & authenticity
Are the boxes genuine and sealed?
Yes. Every box comes from Japanese distribution and arrives factory sealed. Want proof before it ships? Ask and we'll send photos of the actual box.
Why buy Japanese print instead of English?
Japanese sets usually release weeks before the English version, with a different pull structure collectors love. Sealed Japanese boxes hold their value well — and they're the original print.
Can you source a set that isn't listed?
Almost always. Our availability moves weekly with what we can lock in from Japan. If it was printed in Japan, send us the set name and we'll chase it.
Do you sell singles or graded cards?
We specialise in sealed product. For singles and graded cards, get in touch and we'll do our best to point you in the right direction.
Returns & issues
Something arrived damaged — what now?
Email [email protected] with photos of the box and packaging within 48 hours of delivery. We'll sort a refund, store credit or replacement — your choice.
Can I cancel or change an order?
Yes — if it hasn't shipped yet, email us and we'll cancel or adjust it for a full refund. Once a box is dispatched sealed, it can't be returned opened.
